How to use Live Writer Picasa Plugin
1.Download and install Live Writer Picasa plugin in your Computer.
2.Open Windows Live Writer , on the right side of insert menu click ” Picasa Photo” link
3.Sign in with your Google account to explore Picasa Photo albums.
4.Select a photo from your Picasa Web Albums and adjust the photo properties.
