Generally we can observe the Menu for any Browser will be on top ,this is not the case with Internet Explorer 7,Menu of IE7 is below the address bar,as you can observe if you are using Internet Explorer 7,though lot of people are now a days using IE8 Beta .A simple registry tweak will put Internet Explorer 7 Menu on top.
Tweaking Registry:what we have to do is to just add a dword value to the registry to bring Internet Explorer 7 Menu on top.
1.Open the Registry Editor by typing regedit in Run box and enter .
2.Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\WebBrowser create Dword “ITBar7position” and give it value ‘1’
3.Restart your computer and you can observe Menu of Internet Explorer 7 is on top.
4.If you want your IE7 menu to the default position delete” ITBar7Position” and restart your computer
5.Improper registry editing can cause system instability ,backup your registry before doing changes ,if anything went wrong restore the registry backup.
